where to buy Formalin? Need help ASAP

I can't find it online and my LFS can't seem to get it. I use to have a bottle of it but it's long gone.

There's some stuff called Ick X, I think, I know it has like a low dose of formalin (10%) and malechane green. I would like to order it ASAP to try and save these guys.

Quick Cure (Walmart sells it in the pet section) will do the trick. It seems to contain enough formaldehyde to treat Brook at least, and probably enough to use as a dip for Velvet. But this is the premium stuff. A number of places sell it (see below):
