Where To Buy Frag Tank

OK, I've seen all the threads on where to buy tanks & I've visited all the LFS's, but I still have yet to see a frag tank in any LFS. Where can I get a frag tank?? Preferably about 30' x 24" x 8"-12". How much should that run? (so I can avoid being ripped off) If anybody has a frag tank for sale somewhere near those demensions, let me know.........

ohhh that seems like a hard dim to find, you can get a 36x24x12 from coral oasis, my friend got one there for I think it was $80. They quoted me $160 for a 48x24x12, I ended up building my own for less then half that.

Hey Steve,

I have an extra 48X24X10"tall glass tank like the ones in my kitchen. I was going to set up 4 but the shelves only worked out for 3. It is drilled with a 1.5" bulkhead for overflow and has never seen water. $150

I have a 24"x24"x12" acrylic frag tank that is drilled. It does have some scratches, but for a frag tank it's pretty neat. LMK if you're interested.

Go to a regular fish store and look at turtle tanks. They are perfect for frags.

If your intrested I bought a frag tank system a couple months back and just found out I am being transferred. i don't plan on taking it with me.

It has to 20g long tanks, each drilled with 3/4" bulkheads. The top tank is currently being used as a refugium the lower tank is where the frags are.

It has 4 fans, a dual 96w ballast, a dual 55 watt ballast, (both ballasts need new bulbs) a pump, some crushed coral, some liverock, fans, it came with a rubbermaid refugium. I have a bunch of macro algaes in there as well. It also is already setup on a stand.

If you want to get the whole thing PM me. I'm going to need to get rid of it soon, and I'd prefer sooner then later.
