Oh, I never knew they do the upgrades and carry all parts..any online store in Canada as well? I was at NAFB last week

over 70 dealers in canada will be accepting orders just choose which ever one you wish to deal with.

So far I have contacted 2 dealers here, NAFB and reef aquatica, both had absolutely no clue what I am talking about and they have no stock with them, I asked for upgrade of profilux 2 to profilux 3, NAFB came up with 1100 $ and reef aquatica 275 $ and telling me, i can do it, I told them it is supposed to be done at GHL end, he said..OH really,
Please can I have some authentic dealer info here who really does this on daily basis, they don;t seem to have processed any GHL order for months...I want to be with someone GHL recommends

The upgrade kit was discontinued over a year ago, thats why they have no info on it.
So if you want the upgrade kit nobody would have one or could offer one.
let me know what you require other than this and I will put you in touch with a dealer as the two you contacted are non stock holders.

well, not only that, they seemed to be ignorant about mitras as well and did not even know mitras is releasing, So I need dealer who can get me mitras here...Second...I need some miscelleneous stuff like Power Bar and calibration fluids etc and noone seems to have it. I really need web server for my profillux controller which was missing in profilux 2, so what are my options?

Thats because the Mitras has not been released yet the release date as advertised here is July 1st with delivery from middle of September onwards. Dealer announcements as advertised go out next week in preperation for pre orders.
The Plus II can not have a webserver fitted, your option would be to upgrade to a P3 and we have some ex demo units available unused that we are clearing next week so drop me an email to sales@aqua-digital.com and we can arrange this for you.
In regards to accesories if you want on line then www.reefconcept.com or Bill at incredible aquariums.
In the summer months you will find many dealers carry no stock of high end lines including ecotech and others, its just the nature of the economy, so most dealers ask us to drop ship until october comes round. its standard practice now in the industry.

Oakville reef gallery often have stock on hand, worth giving Tom a shout.
