check out Dr. fosters and Smith .com .. They have a pretty cheap price and they dont charge you any extra for the weight.
Their salt buckets sell for half the price my LFS sells them for.
No, you walk in, pick up the bucket, take it to the counter, they call a manager for an override and type in the price that's on the sheet. As bad as it sounds, it worries me, because anyone can go in there and change a number on the print out But forgery is illegal, and so is copyright infringement!!!
FWIW, I know for a fact that Exotic Aquatics has (or had when I went in) buckets of IO salt. I apologize to all the OKC stores that I have been in and not listing if they have it or not. To be honest, I wasn't looking for salt at the time.
Petsmart is the best--I've always liked them mainly for the fact that according to their director of fish husbandry, they don't stock saltwater fish due to non-reliable supply of tank raised fish only. They refuse to stock wild caught. I suppose they realize the importance of training individuals to care for such fish and it probably isn't very cost-efficient to do so. Unlike another chain pet.. store here in OKC....
