Where to buy Portland cement

Anyone know where to buy Portland cement 1,2,or3 in Auburn, GV, Rocklin, Roseville, or in between those places? Need it to male my own LR. If it is not available is there a substitute?

Home Depot, Lowes, OSH. Any of them will carry the gray stuff. Just make sure what you are buying is the regular cement mix. Avoid anything labeled concrete. Probably good to avoid anything listed as hydraulic cement also.

Or you can look up cement suppliers in the yellow pages and try to find the white stuff.

OSH has the white stuff ... but it's expensive.
