where to buy soft pvc?

can anyone tell me where i can buy that soft/flexiable pvc tubing, either 3/4" - 1 1/4" (not vinyl tubing)?

i just bought some since i had to place an order anyways. ive seen it at home depot/lowes but im not sure if it is pvc or vinyl.
i know the spaflex that everyone refers to is very expensive compared the the flexible pvc.
