I don't think anyone carries them. If TFP doesnt have it, you'll have to order.

That Fish Place should have them, I used to buy them there when I was running VHO's. I have been thinking about going back to them instead of T5's for actinic supplementation.

I checked their website and catalog and no URI bulbs, that really sucks if they stopped carrying them, they are the best in my opinion for making colors pop like crazy. I am going down tomorrow, I will see if they have any there.

I know the Treasure From the Sea used to carry VHO bulbs. Don't know what brand or size, but you could call them.
