Where to find 3/8 thick glass... without paying outragous $$$

Does anyone know where I can find someone who has this glass in stock? Been calling around and am getting pricing around $75 per piece for a 48x2 inch.

I just shopped around up here and that price seems in line. 3/8 is expensive.

Wow... I'm eurobracing my 120G tank and was planning on using 3/8 inch glass cut in 2 inch strips around the perimeter of the tank... I'm wondering if I can use 1/4 inch cut in 3inch strips?
