Where to find lil shutoff valves?

exactly that, I need a little pinch off line valve that would work to shut off water flow on a lil hose for my calcium reactor. Does Lowe's carry these? Thanks guys
 
Medical supply (IV flow regulator) Hardware store inline ball valve. Foster and Smith in their RO section...
 
I'll have to check that out... this stupid reactor doesn't make sense. the directions say to turn off outlet 1 and then set outlet 2 to 40 drips a min. but thats it. why is outlet 1 even there then? why have an outlet that doesn't get used? but thanks thou
 
lol great. I tested my calcium at 440 before adding the reactor which is full of crap because nothing is really growing much. i know its lower than that, i just know
 
yea thats what everyone says, but the salifert one is supposed to be a hassle to use so i passed on it. I got the valve i needed from the salty critter, he hooked me up with one for free :)
 
They are all a hassle to me...

Critter should give you frequent flyer miles too! You prolly covered their rent for the month! LOL
 
I just really like the selection and prices. Its worth the trip when you can round up a couple extra bucks because they get some really nice looking stuff at a somewhat affordable price.
 
Ya, I hung out with them at the frag swap last month. They sold only clams but the prices were great.

Let me know next time you're heading up, maybe I'll tag along. Lord knows I have tons of free time (joke)
 
i've got to take a break on spending for a while lol. I want to save up for one of them streams. maybe i'll pick it up in person if you'd like to go up next month, if not shipping works just the same.
 
haha i actually calculated that i'd save money to have it shipped because they pay the sales tax if you do it that way (which is more than the shipping) but i'm a reefoholic so i'll prolly wanna see the corals and etc. anyways
