Where to get glass cut

I want to have some glass cut to use as baffles in my sump. Has anyone had this done locally or know of a place where I can get it done? If so how much does it cost?

just about any glass shop should be able to. I use volusia glass but there up in deland. home depot also cyts and sells acrylic which will work. I bought a 17x20 piece with 2 corners cut off for 45 dollars. it was 3/8" glass 1/4" was about 25 iirc

There is a place at aloma/fairbanks (where it splits and heads toward orlando one way and I-4 the other) Dont remember the name of it though.

Thanks, I didnt know that home depot sold/cut 1/4 glass. I was trying to stay away from acrylic b/c my sump is glass and Im not sure acrylic to glass will hold as well with silicone.

acrylic to glass is not as strong as glass to glass, but it will work. especially if new and clean

I just found a place called glass depot in Longwood that said they would charge $9 a piece 1/4 approx. 9x12

I think we use to have a club member that worked in glass? His name was TomOrlando. I hope he is still around he was a very nice guy.

i get all my glass cut from sunshine glass. it's near hwy 50/ Forsyth road. that was the closest i found near avalon lakes area. they do a good job, but the office seems pretty unorganized. you have to stay on top of them to actually get your stuff cut.
