where to get the new south down sand

guys whats the name of the new south down sand. i have a buddy who is setting up a fish only tank and we need about 80 pounds for his 55 gallon tank. if anyone has any south down they are looking to get rid of let me know it would be greatly appreciated since our budget for the tank is low right now.

im confused? why is there a warning label on the bag for silica dust if its arg? i have this sand in my tank and the bag says its silica based. i got mine from wal-mart.

there's a big thread on the chem. forum saying something silica is not the same as sil something or another. I'll see if I can find it.
