Where to place browned out acro?

Just picked up a browned out acro that was under T5's about 24" off the water and the frag was about 4" under water. Where should I place it in my tank? I have one 20k Metal Halide 16" off the water (bulb is 12" off water) on a 31" deep tank. The MH is directly in the center of the tank.

I have the following spots available:

Green or purple would be me, Yellow looks like it's too close to being directly under the bulb, Green looks shaded and purple out of the way.

So you think a nice shaded spot out of direct light would be best?

At least for the time being that makes sense. Eventually, especially if it never really colors up in those spots, move it closer to the light and so on until it is colorful and growing.
