where to recycle bulbs?

While cleaning out my closet I have found a number of T5 and MH bulbs that I would like to recycle.
Anyone have any suggestions on a good place take them?

Sfilogoi 48" XR-4 Live Coral Reef Lighting System - $500

I bought this from Mike (Captive Reef) 3 months ago but did not get around to setting it up, and most likely will not.

Here are the details:

48" Italian made Sfiligoi XR-4 Lighting system. It has (2) 400 watt SE halides and (4) 48" t-5 Actinics. The T-5 bulbs where rewired at the dealer to an Icecap 660 ballast to over run the T-5(make them brighter). This is in very good condition and is a light gray in color. The unit is appox 4 years old but has only been used for less than 2 years.

The fixture is 47 1/2" X 21 1/2" X 8" This fixture retailed for $1,650
