Where to recycle Tube Fluorescents?

I have a few dozen of these and wasnt sure if anyone knew of a place close i can recycle these too. HomeDepot/Lowes only take the CFL's, and my trash wont take them either (not that i want to throw them there)

So now i have quite the collection of old bulbs i need to get rid of.

The only place I can take them is the local hazardous waste collection site.
