Where to send my Tunze Stream?

My Tunze froze up. I suspect its do to me dosing to much kalk. I tried to soak it in vinegar but it didn't help. Where can I send it for repair?

Please include all contact info, I like to have an RC username if phone doesn't work I can use PM. Also, place the pump in a ziplock bag or wrap it in saran wrap. It is much easier for me if it stays moist. This also helps keep any water off the driver (blue box).
