Where you would place this coral?

If you had this coral in my tank with 2 - 250 XM 10,000K MH and 2 - 110w VHO actinics. 100 gallon tank. I currently have it a little over half way up right under one of the 250s. It has changed color somewhat from when I got it back in July. I think I have read it is a deep water coral, so maybe it would be better off lower in the tank. I just would like a suggestion. Thanks.

Joe

I thought it would show up in the pic of the right side of my tank, but it is actually directly behind the chromis that is second from the top.

i use 2 250's and 2 96's in my 56g and I have my granulosa lower than that...mine is the green with bright yellow circled tips...if it isn't epoxied, try it a week at a time a little lower and decide it's home based on it's response.

It is definetly a deepwater acro..You can tell by the smooth body. Looks like a loripes to me... I would place it a little lower down if you want it to color back up but if you want growth then leave it where it is.

I would set it deeper. It looks to be A. lokani. All over in your aquarium is pretty bright, so I think you should take advantage of this one not requiring high light and place it just above the Trachy(?).

You may wish to consider fragging that Euphyllia! Gigantic!
