Which Ballast???

I've decided to go with electronic ballasts for three Lumenarc DE 14.5" fixtures

I've got three choices in mind: (Ordered by price)

1. Galaxy (SLS)
2. Ice Cap
3. ARO (Hello Lights)

If you were going to buy ballasts, which one would you buy and why?

Can't go wrong with icecap(have 1), but I also use 2 ARO 250's that I've been running for almost 3 years with no problems.
