I have & use 2 of the ones like the picture from brine shrimp direct. cheap & easy, and when the 2 liter bottle gets a little funky just replace with a new one.

Does BSD still sell the old round style base or did they just not update their pictures.... since the design was changed 10 years ago to the rectangle base?

i like the seahorse source, decapsulated eggs, also, i like the diy.

i used to use a 10 gallon tank w/ sat water and astingray stick on back (sob) filter.

by the next day i would have enough fresh brine to freeze and saze for weeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeks, if i wanted to.

I don't know i picked mine up at my lfs & they are rectangular base i am all for diy as well but i got my kits for less than 5 bucks each, besides you still have to cut the bottom off of the 2 liter so there's your diy portion.

Even with out decaps the set up is still easier to deal with IME
