Which bulbs?

I have a Current USA 4x96 watt compact flourescent fixture. I need to replace the daylight bulbs. I have already replaced the actinic with the 420/460nm dual actinics. Which daylight bulb should I choose, the 6700k/10000k dual or the straight 10000k? I plan on soft corals after I get these bulbs replaced and can't find a definitive answer to which one I should choose. Thanks.

I would add a straight 10k
