ok, just need some opinions. what kind of clown pair would be great to host H. Crispa and still be tolerant of other fish. potters angel and cleaning wrasse?

so far only candidate i see are the saddles.

Saddles, I have heard happen to be some of the more aggressive clowns. And they get big like maroons, and sometimes larger. I have seen pairs where the female is 5" and has taken chunks out of my friends hand when trying to feed!!!

I have not had any experience with skunk clownfish, so no advice their, but I love my Picasso perc and my false perc clownfish pairs.

I don't know why people don't just make their own pair..its much cheeper and easy to do. I have a pink skunk it quickly hosts any anemone but seems to be happy with the LTA and sebae. It liked the bta but it would freak out when the bta would change its water or get rid of waste. IMO I think the pink skunks look awesome in any green anemone. The only problem I have with my pink skunk is that it won't help feed the anemone.

pink skunks are an option then, i think i will leave the saddles alone then. live in Winnipeg and selection isn't that diverse.
what do picasso's look like and do "true percs" host Crispas?

Id go with Some rods onyx or any True percula that you like.. saddles can be aggressive and get very big.

i really like my skunks i have been a true perc guy and the skunks are really interesting and fun to watch

cinnamon clowns aren't really aggressive to tank mates, or at least mine aren't. Well the male hates my hand. It has gotten so bad where ever i put my hand it goes at it.

We have spawning clarks and they are quite beautiful and great fish that host 2 pink bubbles and I green tip anemone hatching their 16th set of eggs currently and they have laid another set already. The adults are now 2 years old.

I like Orange skunks for H. crispa. They are colorful, stay close to their anemone and H. crispa are one of their natural hosts.

I like true percs. They are very successful hosters. Most reefers I talk with have had the best success with true percs or maroons. Maroons are very agressive however. My true percs took to a new purple LTA within 24hrs for the female and 48 hrs for the male.
