Looking into controllers. Ive looked at the availabe comparison chart in aquariumcontrollers.com. Im liking the Aquacontroller 3 from neptunes, but im not familiar with some of the technical jargon. On specs page it mentions "Ethernet Interface (10 Base T), Embedded HTTP Web Server, Telnet Server"

I want to be able to connect wireless and monitor parameters as well as change the programming from computer wirelessly. I currently have a wireless cable modem that connects my desktop, laptop, and sons Xbox.

I am also looking into a controler. I would say just figure out what you want it to do and go from there. You will find that people are devoted to there own controler, like Ford Vs. Chevy.

luisagos- thnak you ill look at those threads.

I will of course look at the other items im interested in controlling/monitor, but wireless is an importatn feature for me since i dont want to have to make changes and monitor on thos little lcd screens, but on my computer.

""Any controller can be converted to wireless using a wireless bridge."- What does that mean in English? :)

I put in a D-Link Xtreme N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point DAP-1522
It has 4 ports, so I connected my Dish Network DVR, and when I get my ACIII Pro, I will still have 2 (wired) ports remaining.

The D-Link Xtreme N Duo Wireless Bridge/Access Point is designed for users who want to create a wireless network or to connect multiple wired devices to an existing wireless network. The DAP-1522 works with next generation dual band (2.4GHz or 5GHz)* 802.11n wireless devices as well as legacy 802.11g products. The Wireless Bridge feature of the DAP-1522 allows you to easily connect up to four Ethernet-enabled devices in your entertainment center to your wireless network such as game consoles, digital video recorders (DVR), and digital media adapters (DMA) via the built-in four-port Gigabit switch. Use your new wireless network to stream high-definition (HD) video, play multiplayer games, or make phone calls (VoIP) using the built-in dual band technology.
