Which do you prefer Sleeper Banded Goby or Worms?

Guys I bought a Sleeper Banded Goby from my LFS and I noticed I don't have a population of spaghettti worms anymore. I can admit he turns my sand over and it looks very clean. What I would like to know is which would be more important to you. The benefits that come from the goby or worms in your sandbed?

i have a DSB so i prefer the worms because they filter the sand rather than destroy the beneficial life, do you have a DSB?

No I don't. I had alot of worms and I like the fact that I had worms but my sand sifting goby seemed to have eaten them. My sb is bout 2"
