Which drive shaft is correct?

I finally got around to installing the Gen 2 magnet upgrade kit and when I took the two Vortechs a part I found the drive shafts are different between the two. I bought them at the exact same time. Is one the older style? Which one is correct? For what it's worth; one of them has always been a little quieter than the other. Maybe this explains that. Can I order the correct one? Thanks.

I would say it is the drive shaft on the left. I ordered a replacement earlier this year and the one on the left looks just like the replacement.

They both are. The one on the left is newer but they both contain identical geometry and will work with any wet frame and bearing that we have produced.
