which flake food do you guys use?

currently im using omega one with garlic flakes and my fish seem to really like it ,

is there anything better out their available ?

Used frozen among others for years but just recently switched over to dry food only. Using seaweed, NLS pellets, and New Era Marine Grazer algae wheels. Have not started flake yet.

I have a cheaper Cobalt brand flake that my fish just loooove. I don't think it's anywhere near as healthy as the frozen stuff I usually feed, so it's like a special treat for them. It's a nice option for when I'm in a rush. NLS pellets are really popular but my fish won't go near it no matter what size I try. Garlic is not healthy for fish's liver long term.

I use the nls pellets and my fish devour them . But my cards and my grammas only like flakes . They love the omega one with garlic , but thinking to switching to something else .
Every few days back and Forth .

Anyone else with suggestions

what he said. I haven't used a flake food in years. NLS pellets and a variety of frozen things is all I have

Mine go nuts for Ocean Nutrition Formula One flakes. I also feed NLS pellets, but several of my fish seem to have grown bored with them.

I'm currently using Ocean Nutrition's Formula One, Two, & Prime Reef. I'm also using OSI Spirulina and Zoomed's earthworm. I only have a pair of Ocellaris clowns in my 20 gallon tank right now, but they're breeding on a regular basis so the flakes appear to be working.
Live black worms, NLS pellets and frozen Mysis shrimp round out the menu btw. Flakes are usually offered most of the time though. GL.

NSL pellets, trying out a LFS pellet mix. Shrimp and clowns love it but not my Scooter. Occasionally the frozen treat(brine/mysis mix)

My fish love the omega flakes. Probably not the best thing for them, but I got some mixed in with NLS pellets and some other goodies in the auto feeder.

I think right now combined in my auto feeder I have:
Omega flakes
Nls pellets
Freeze dried blood worms
Freeze dried mysis

IMO, the problem with mixing foods is that certain fish might not get enough of each... Feeding only 1 brand at a time allows them to try everything...
