Which Flower Pot is this?

What is the main difference between these two? I know one is easier to keep than the other. But how can I tell them apart?

I paid $35 for this coral.

If you have any insight on this Flower Pot coral let me know.

It is Goniopora. 24 tentacles per polyp. Alveopora has 12.

Should I say uh oh? Or is there hope?

For the price of $35 I say not bad. But I am hopeful.

I am feeding my tank DT's Phyto, Phytoplan, Zoplan, Mysis with Selcon, Zooplankton by Sweetwater, and other stuff too...
