Which is better or are the the same. Hand held TDS meter, or in line TDS meter? Thanks

Provided both meet the same specifications for accuracy,etc... then it doesn't matter..
Obviously inline is great for part of a RO/DI system while handheld allows you to measure any liquid manually..

I've read that for better accuracy, if you get a handheld, make sure it's temperature compensated. Usually the inline ones are not. I have inlines that came on my RO/DI unit and a cheap temperature compensated handheld that I got from Amazon just to verify my results.

I have both and they both read zero. When the inline finally goes to 1 or 2 I double check with the handheld and it says the same thing!

Inline is always right where you need it, you won't loose it, you press a button and you get your reading. Simple and easy
