They are both good fixtures depending on what it is you want to do with them.
Your 40 breeder is what... 16" deep? That's close to the limit of the power on the Current Orbit 0.3 to 0.5 watt leds if you are doing any advanced corals. It's OK for fish only, zoas and softies, maybe even for lps. It can even do sps in a shallow tank (or up on the top of rocks in a deeper tank). But the control with this fixture is way better than the Mars Aqua.
On the other hand, the Mars Aqua uses 3.0 watt leds and can grow sps in a 30" deep tank with no issues. They drive the leds at less than 2.0 watts so the fixture should run quite cool. But the only control is manual dimmers. You need to get cheap timers to turn them on and off.
Both make good light as far as spectrum is concerned. IMHO it's a matter of due you want the power or the control. If you are doing this long term, I'd go for the Mars Aqua and save my money. When you can afford it, get a better 3 watt fixture with the controls that the Current orbit has, assuming you want that kind of control. It's not going to make the corals grow any faster or be any healthier, but you can make the tank look just the way you want with the extra control.
