which led lights should i get

I have a innovation marine nuvo 24 it is 36 x 12 and I want to put new lights on it. Been thinking about a vertex or ecotech gen 2 or the aquaticlife cree any others or any suggestions would be great

I am in the same situation, looking for lights for a 30" tank. My LFS uses a Maxpect 160 watt Razor for one of their four ft. By four foot coral display tanks and two Radion units for another same sized tank. They say they are happy with both, but give the edge to Maxspect for features such as adjustability. There is another thread on here (Advice on Maxspect LED units), with a lot of helpful peoples opinions. Hope that helps. Mike

I just sent back the razor because bit left dark spots on my tank in the corners. Couldn't hang it and legs just weren't high enough. I had the 27 inch one should have got the next size up I guess but I wasn't really thrilled with it when I messed around with it

For that tank, my first choice would be a buildmyled fixture.

A 2 foot Vertex with a couple of multicolour modules would be my suggestion. I would pass on the Aquatic Life. They haven't impressed me.
