which light to buy??

Okay, I have found, with much help, two units that will fit my 5g nano.

Odyssea 24watt compact fluorescent actinic blue

Current 18 watt satellite PC w/ sunpaq lamps actinic 03

Is there a difference between actinic blue and actinic 03?

Which system do you recommend and why? Right now I have zoos and mushroom in the tank. However, a clam could be nice to have.

The current system costs more and I'm not sure if it is worth it.

Also, I thought moon lights were blue? I saw a moon white lunar light for sale. What is the difference?
