I've bought some refurb items from http://www.cameta.com/. They offer a full year warranty, have good ratings on resellerratings.com and even have a decent selection of used stuff at good prices with 6 mos warranty. Don't know your opinion on used/refurbed equipment but it does let you get more bang for your buck.
That's the best. You could get a bit cheeper with a Tamron 90mm or a Sigma 105mm, But the Nikon is the one I would recomend. If you go with either of the other two, make sure it will auto focus on that body if that's important to you.
I have the same camera, it's a great camera that can produce excellent shots. Try the AF-S Micro NIKKOR 40mm 1:2.8G, it's a great macro lens at a decent price. It's my go to lens when shooting coral.
