Im stuck between 96x30"widex24"tall or 84"x36"widex24"tall.
dont say 96x36x24....due to space issue.

u think 250W HQI MHs are plenty?
even if i consider making it 28"tall?

what about ASM G4X as skimmer?
decisions, decisions~......

yeah 84 x 36 x 24...... you could even go 26 tall...

the 36" is a nice depth...

i have a 98x30x26 looks real nice...

36" wide is tough to light with a single bulb, I wouldn't go wider than 30" You might try using the DE luminarc reflector, wide tanks are hard to get evenly lighted

they make LUM in DE now?

im thinkin of using PFO Parallel relflectors. maybe four 24" ones.

they produced as much par as luminarcs according to Joshi. but if even lighting isnt possible this way, i guess i wont expect to light the front very well. i could place lowlight corals in front.

also where should be the best place to place the overflows?
i was thinkin at both corner ends or one central or maybe like this:
