which PH to buy?

I am wanting to upgrade my powerheads (right now MJ900 x 4), however I am not sure which to buy. I recently purchased a tunze 6060 and the flow was way too much IMO for my tank (softies, zoas, lps). I have since sold the tunze. I ordered 2 tunze nanostream 6025's, but they are on backorder. My tank is 6' long, 110g. I was considering these powerheads, have read some good reviews, just wondering what you guys thought. http://www.drsfostersmith.com/product/Prod_Display.cfm?pcatid=15955&inm=1&N=2004+22788+2035

Also in the reviews on drsfoster and smith, people report putting 2 of the model 4's (1200gph each) in a 90gallon. Is it just me or is that a lot of flow?? My tank looked like a sandstorm with just one tunze 6060.

there is a recall on the Koralia 3
I got my Koralia3's at Premium Aquatics and this is what JeremyB at PA had to say about the recall:

Hi Guys....

I"m not sure what other vendors have been told, but Hydor has informed us that this is a voluntary recall for inspection only. They have come across two pumps out of about one thousand that had an molding issue, where some left over plastic / burrs were created that caused some noise and vibration of the pump.

If you currently have a model 2 or model 3, you're fine using it as is, and there is no need to send it back for inspection. If you do however come across any excess noise / vibration, then you would want to send it in for inspection to determine if the pump needs to be replaced.

Thanks,
Jeremy

HTH :D

I like them very well... The two K3s replaced the four MJ900s i had in there previously. Looking back, I do wish I had gotten the K4s now.

But I think I'm going to MJMod one of the MJ900s I took out, maybe DIY a sweeper mount and put it in there also.

Personally I don't buy it. I have no doubt that is what they told JeremyB (thats what he told me as well) but my Hydor 2's (also recalled) shock me every time I stick my hand in the water. I ended up pulling them out until I get them replaced.

Correction, Jason Frey was who I talked to. Also, my post sounds more negative than it is. I love PA and love these little pumps, can't wait to get a new set.
