Which Prodibio?

I'm wondering if anyone can give me advice about which prodibio products to buy for a tank that has an estimated total volume of 250 gallons? I was thinking of buying bio digest and bioptim.

Yes, dose Bio Digest one week, Bioptim the following week (and continue this dosing schedule). With 250 gallons I'd do 2 vials of Digest, and 1-2 of the Bioptim. Be careful with the Bioptim, don't dose too much, and make sure you have an effective skimmer which is really the key with this stuff.

So you have to use a skimmer when dosing prodibio? I'm in the process of setting up the system right now and I was thinking about go natural with filtration (skimmerless). I've seen aquarist tanks that were gorgeous and only used LR and a fuge.

I would say a skimmer is a must. The skimmer exports the bacteria. No skimmer equals big algae bloom. Running a fuge with chaeto while using Prodibio may not work, the chaeto may eventually die off, it happened to me.
