I was planning on drilling my tank for a closed loop to feed my vertex mocean 2000 but I have decided to place a submersible pump in the main display and hide it in the rock work.
I am thinking the eheim compact 5000. I already have an eheim compact 3000 for return and I love it. The watt draw, silent operation and quality is what i really like. The 5000 is rated for approx. 1300/gph I was hoping for something a bit more powerful but still efficient.
Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated.
