Which Randys formula do you use?

Your asking the wrong question....

I use the NEW formula Recipe 1.

He has 4 versions essentially...OLD and NEW, both having Recipe 1 and 2.


I really dont know why anyone would want to use Recipe 2 because you have to dose twice as much to get the same effect because its half as potent.

Notice the title "An Improved". This article is the newest version of his 2-Part recipies.....His old formulas did not include Mangesium Chloride. Before they only included Epsom Salts.


So when you say Old/New that is pretty misleading because both of those recipies are new. Recipe 1 is just as new as Recipe 2. Recipe 1 and 2 are just different concentrations of the same formula.......However the old versions of both are different formulas all togeather......Are you following me?

I see. I thought Recipe 1 was the old one, and recipe 2 was the improved version.
