which retro kit for my 12g mano

Just bought a used 12g JBL DX with hood and bottom stand for tank .
I want to install a light retro MH onto hood . can some one tell me which one

The tank is 12x 18x 13.

For that? I would probably go with a 70W or 150W retrofit kit. A couple of spots to look would be nanotuners.com (multiple options, a little more on the do it yourself side if you want to keep the price down) or illuming.com (has a 150 MH retrofit and a 70W retrofit, both fully assembled for decent price).

With either addition, make sure you consider increasing your ventilation, fans, etc to keep the temps stable!

For lighting go with a 70watt MH retro and 2 18/32watt retro PC actinic.

help i can't find the 32watt retro PC actinic and what size do i need ?/
