Which return pump for a 210?

Which return pump is the best for a 210g 72 x 24 x 29? I need it to be silent as well as the water coming into the sump.
But I want to make sure that I have enough flow.
I do have a couple of tunze 6100's in there for circulation. Any advice is greatly appreciated.

Really depends on the size of your sump and whether or not you are doing a fuge or just sump. You'll have to adjust the volume needed for how much turnover you are looking for. And don't rely on your return for too much flow!

Pretty big sump....40 x 20 x 16. Haven't decided on a fuge or not. My concern is if you do a Dart will the water crashing in the sump be loud?

I have a 210 display (~300gal total water volume) and had a Pan World 50PX-X as my return pump until recently. It is a really nice pump with a decent amount of flow and is really quiet.

Can be either Internal or external. I guess I am just loking for the gph that should be flowing through the sump.

I'm not the high flow sump type. 600 - 800 GPH or so would be what I would use. An Eheim 1262 would be a nice internal pump.

I'd say something like an eheim 1262 or ATB flowstar 1500 would be good, there is no "right" amount of flow, it depends on your tanks design.

I'm not the high flow sump type either -- I'm running an Eheim 1260 on my 210; 55 gallon sump with approximately 30 gallon refugium; this gets me quiet and no microbubbles.

For flow in-tank, I'm using a wavebox, vortech and some korallias.
