Hard to beat the Deltec, IMO. Someone is selling one practically new for $315 in the Selling Forums yesterday.

I have used one for several years now and am very happy with the performance.
I even have my ATO attached.
The skimmer also works well. The only change that I made was to remove the bio balls and add live rock rubble instead.

I have a remora aqua c and it seems to work well enough. I have heard a lot of people that like it besides me.
