Which skimmer ?

What tunze skimmer would you recommened for 70 g and 25 g sump
Medium stock?

I was looking into tunze 9140 . What do you think?

Yes, even if you did SPS it would be suitable for that size tank at a fairly high load.

I have a 90g and a 25g sump and the 9410 is awesome! Once you get the height and everything dialed in, it works very well.

I have found it relatively easy to adjust for really dark or really light skimmate. I usually go for the dark and need to empty the cup every 2-3 days or so.
