From what I have seen, yellow candy hogs, despite their "more reef-friendly" characteristics compared to that of other hogs, and despite their smaller size, they *can* be quite aggressive, and will often prey on small fish (assessors, dartfish etc.), shrimp, and other mobile inverts. I wouldn't add one to any of my tanks, as I prefer more peaceful fish. Yellow/canary wrasses however, almost always prove to be model citizens, but I have seen them with bacterial infections fairly often, so I would quarantine. Yellow assessors, gold line cleaner gobies, yellow clown gobies, and canary fang blennies are some other yellow options, and very peaceful too. All 4 of those I would gladly keep in my own systems.
