White Bugs on live rock ???

small white bugs crawling all over rockwork? what in the heck is this lol they are only visible at night and there seem to be tons of them .. they are so small that it's really difficult to notice them unless you're up close staring at a particular spot on the live rock then you can just see them crawling ... they move fairly quickly...
any thoughts as to what these are? good or bad?

I don't believe they are copepods... I see those guys on the glass from time to time and they are smaller then the bugs i'm seeing now.. these bugs also move faster... unless copepods get larger then what i'm used to?
