"White cobweb" ID please

Please help me ID this white cobweb stuff that is covering my rock.

I know it's hard to see, but it's soft and fuzzy looking. No sign of vermetid snails in the tank.

Looks like slime, could be connective stuff for ---name escapes me---hydroids of a particular type. I get them sometimes on the glass.

Might be some type of bacterial film. I wouldn't worry, maybe try to siphon it out with a turkey baster if you have one?

Thanks for the replies. Looks weird but it doesn't seem be bothering anything. Fish and corals are happy, numbers all good.
