I just noticed this guy when I turned down the lights. He is hanging out in xenia, and I saw an odd glimmer when they retracted. I've seen a couple pictures elsewhere, but no one can seem to agree what he is. I put him back after the picture, and he went right back to the little nook he was in. He just sits there, looking comfortable. Any ideas?

Lots of pics that resemble yours, but unfortunately can't find much info. Some say its a symbiotic relationship. I would watch them and see how it goes. If they are happy and the xenia is happy i say keep them.

Well, the xenia did not like them. Died of 10% in 7 days. So the crabs ended up in heaven
