White dent on Chevron Tang

I have a 3 1/2" Chevron Tang. He has a white indentation above his eye. I don't know what it is or how he got it.

He seems very healthy, what could it be? It is about the size of a pin head.

do you have any pics? that would help a bunch.

my tomini tang gets white marks every once in a while. i think it is from coral stings or scratching up against the long spine anemone. always looks healthy, but gets marks every now and then.
