Not sure but I do have nerites so it is a possibility. They are pretty rough.

Could it be stomatella eggs? I have been seeing one big stomatella wandering the back of the tank these past few nights.

Could also be Banded Trochus snail eggs. Or even a few others. But if you have Nerites then there ya go.

in my tank they do, i got many nerita and alot of small tiny baby snails, im not 100% suer theyre nerita, but i guess its possible
