White film on back

My female clownfish is currently swimming near the bottom of the aquarium. She appears to have a white film on her back. I fed her and she had a very healthy appetite. Here is a quick picture:

New fish? My guess is Brooklynella...a series of Formalin dips is the treatment

Actually I have had her for about a year, this just showed up.
