White gigantea?

Saltwaterfish.com is selling "white carpets". I know a reputable company like them wouldn't sell something that isn't real. I guess anyone that ordered one really will get a white carpet. Is there anyone that's had one stay white?

saltwaterfish.com is not a reputable company IMO, check the feedback forums, lots of people have had issues with them.

I agree 100% especially with anemones

A completely white carpet is bleached, however gigantea and haddoni do have a color morph that has opaque white on the tips of the tentacles. The rest of the tentacle and the disk should still be tan/brown.

That's what made me ask. It looks like the disk has color to me, but it may be some one elses photo, with the disclaimer at the bottom.

I'm sorry, but at least as anemones go this place is a joke. What are these shipping from Italy... 'stoichactis kenti'??? Aside from being bleached, the tentacles should be so much longer. They are not healthy specimens in the least. I purchased one (from a different online supplier) years ago that looked just like the pale yellow one in the pic. It came in a mushy blob, and went out within a week a slimey mess.

And as I posted before, they're "Heteractis sebae" (lol) are so dyed they're plastic looking.
