White growth on Clownfish cheek

lown has a white growth on its cheek, not sure what it is or how concerned i should be. It seems to be almost like loose dead skin, almost similar to white hair algea

Cant really get a good look at it. But could it possibly be scraping?

I don't think its scraping. It looks almost like something is growing out of the fish's cheek

So I woke up this morning and the growth looked like a big pimple on the clownfish's cheek. After awhile i noticed that the clown shook the pimple off and now only the white mark where the pimple was is visible (like the picture above). Still not sure what it could be
