white lice things on glass?

I have some kind of critters on the glass, and yellow damsel just died. don't know if there related.
what to do?

I think we might have the same problem. The walls of my 50gal are covered with hundreds of very small white creatures. I would describe them as almost worm like. I also just lost my kole tang. It was doing great and within a few days it began darting then became lethargic and suddenly died! I have since moved my picasso trigger into my q-tank and began treating him with a shotgun effect of medications. (melafix and greenex) He has seemed to improve (he stopped darting) however I am hesitant to return him back into my main tank. Im not sure if the infestation is related to the death and illness but I would be interested to know what they are.

I noticed a big worm pop'ed out of the sand and a crab ate it yesterday, i wounder if thats what they grow in to ?

Most critters that you see along the glass are harmless, quite often varius copepods and small worms such as nematodes.

bristle worms look white when they're that tiny.
