White patches on my Maculiceps Tang

Can someone please tell me what could the white patches be, right behind the fins on my Maculiceps Tang? Its in a 20 gallon tank for right now. I've had it over a month now and have done the TTM with Prazi. The patches showed up about 2-3 hours ago. Its eating and swimming fine.

I wish I could give you an educated diagnosis but this looks like a bacterial infection. Hopefully someone that has encountered this will chime in. Beautiful fish!

+1 Keep an eye on it. Looks like slight abrasions right now.

Thanks everyone. I just got home and both patches are gone. Don't know if it has anything to do with stress, but its the only one in the tank.
